By accessing or using the ss13 platform through our website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms apply to all users of the ss13 platform, including visitors, registered users, and active members. ss13 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use ss13's services. This platform is not intended for individuals below the minimum age required by local law.
Account Registration & Security
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure without compensation.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. ss13 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by user negligence.
Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or used by another person. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account, whether or not it was done with your knowledge.
Ss13 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Users who fail to complete verification within the specified timeframe may be restricted from making withdrawals or accessing certain features.
User Responsibilities & Rules
Users of the ss13 platform agree not to engage in any activity that could harm the platform, its users, or third parties. This includes but is not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other means to access or manipulate the platform without authorisation.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through the platform.
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotional offers.
- Disrupting or interfering with the normal operation of the platform or other users' experience.
- Distributing harmful, defamatory, or inappropriate content through any communication channel on the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance freezing, and legal action at ss13's discretion.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the ss13 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and bank transfer. ss13 does not accept foreign currencies directly.
Deposit Processing
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. ss13 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
Fund Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed upon completion of the required identity verification. ss13 reserves the right to decline or delay withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected or if bonus turnover requirements have not been met. All withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set from time to time.
Unauthorised Transactions
Any transaction carried out through fraudulent means, identity theft, or illegal activity will be voided. Associated funds may be frozen while an investigation is conducted. ss13 reserves the right to report such activity to the relevant authorities.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Ss13 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the ss13 platform are the exclusive property of ss13 or the respective licence holders. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify this content without written permission.
The ss13 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. ss13 does not endorse, take responsibility for, or control the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Ss13 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if a user breaches these terms and conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or if there are reasonable security grounds to do so. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to a refund of any balance associated with the offending activity.
Account Closure at User Request
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the ss13 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed in accordance with the prevailing withdrawal procedure, subject to completion of identity verification.
Changes to These Terms
Ss13 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the ss13 platform will be resolved through the appropriate channels under prevailing legal provisions.
